I did receive an email telling me that no one was here to accept shipment. If delivery was made after 4:30pm this is possible. But, we never received any notice telling us that an attempt to deliver was made. This I blame on the Post Office. This is not the first time this has happened to us with shipments delivered by U S Postal Services.
Can’t you resend this item by using UPS?

The cordless screwdriver is great. BUT, STAY AWAY FROM PRO TOOL SHED. They have proven to be less that honorable.

My Panasonic cordless screwdriver has more power and runs much quieter and has a smoother clutch. Also the Dewalt unit struggles to hold a charge while the Panasonic stayus charged forever.

Let’s put it this way …………….It’s about time. All the rest belong in the trash…Luke Skywalker would be envious……

Needs the bit release that their impact driver has . Their impact driver’s release has to be pushed forward to remove the bit. This screwdriver release merely needs to be pulled back to remove the bit. However, you bump the release often when using the screwdriver and ZING there goes your bit. I contacted DeWalt but they seemed a bit arrogant so I cannot recommend the screwdriver. (Actually it has been several years since my original review and those arrogant dumbasses at Dewalt still haven’t changed the bit holder. So I can absolutely say “do not buy this screwdriver”.)
